Cantero del siglo XVII, hijo de Juan Beltrán Muguerza, vecino de Oñati y Urretxu (Gipuzkoa). Constan trabajos suyos entre 1606 y 1649 en diferentes lugares de Álava como Eguino, Ilarduia y Albéniz.
