Auditor de la provincia de Bari y de los presidios de Toscana, nacido en Berantebilla (Araba) el 4 de noviembre de 1635. Presidente del Tribunal de la Regia Cámara y gobernador de la aduana de Foexa, entre otros cargos, falleció el año 1729.
