Ciudad que se encontraba en la costa várdula según testimonio de Ptolomeo (II, 6, 9) y de Plinio (IV, 110). Su nombre parece compuesto de Mena y Osca. Algunos autores la sitúan hacia Getaria (Gip.) o Mundaka (Bizk.).
