Autor dramático venezolano de origen vasco nacido en Caracas. Se trasladó a Cuba donde fue secretario de la Sociedad Filarmónica de Santiago de Cuba. Es autor de un buen número de comedias, dramas y hasta una zarzuela. Murió en 1869 a consecuencia de las heridas recibidas en la acción de las Tunas.
