Poeta venezolano de origen vasco, nacido en 1875 y muerto en 1903.
Fue premiado su poema Luz. Como poeta imita a Espronceda y Zorrilla. Es autor de escritos costumbristas y además de obras como Chanzas y verdades, Presentimiento, etc.
