Corredor ciclista vizcaíno nacido cerca de Elorrio. En 1975 se proclamó campeón de Bizkaia de ciclo-cross y vencedor de la challenge regional juvenil, repitiendo triunfo al año siguiente, y ocupando el segundo puesto en la challenge vasco-navarra.
