Título nobiliario español concedido el 7 de diciembre de 1606 a Alonso de Idiáquez y Butrón-Múgica. En 1973 pasa a ostentarlo Carlos de Figueroa y Castillejo. Fue ostentado por Enmanuel Idiáquez, capitán general de Galicia y Aragón, y también por Francisco Idiáquez y Butrón-Múgica (1715).
