Mariscal de Campo del siglo XIX, perteneciente al partido liberal. Murió en 1867 en la intentona revolucionaria de Aragón. Manso mandaba las fuerzas de la reina. Era primo de Joaquín Ignacio Mencós, conde de Guendulain.
