Miembro de la Sociedad Patriótica de la «Tertulia Constitucional» de San Sebastián (1820). Escribano y secretario que redactó las Actas de la Reconstrucción de la ciudad en las Juntas de la Casa de Aizpurua de Zubieta en 1813. Redactor del «Liberal Guipuzcoano».
