Financiero vizcaíno, nacido en Mundaka. Hacia el 1848 fundó en Liverpool (Inglaterra) una compañía de vapores que realizaba servicios entre España y Filipinas, la Larrínaga Steamship Co. Ltd. que ha perdurado hasta nuestros días.
