Diputado general de Gipuzkoa, adjunto de tanda en Azpeitia, desde las Juntas de Ordizia de julio de 1845. Fue reelegido en las Juntas de Zumaia de julio de 1848 y en las Juntas de Hondarribia de julio de 1849.
