Periodista y abogado de origen vasco nacido en Badajoz en 1849. Dirigió el periódico La Crónica. Fue jefe de un movimiento militar que provocó los sucesos de 1883. Se exilió en Portugal al fracasar la subversión. Murió en 1923.
