Personalidad política. Conservador. Concejal de Baiona (Lapurdi) elegido en las elecciones municipales de 6 y 13 de mayo de 1900. Reegido en las de 1/8 de mayo de 1904, en las de 3 y 10 de mayo de 1908 y en las de 5 y 12 de mayo de 1912. Fue primer teniente de alcalde en 1912.
