El 8 de marzo de 1908 se crea la Caja Rural. En 1947 queda constituida la Cooperativa Agrícola-Caja Rural, el día 17 de septiembre; en esta misma fecha es aprobada por el Min. de Trabajo; contaba en 1960 con 41 socios.
