Militar argentino de origen vasco. Ingresó como cadete de la Escuela de Aviación Militar en 1948. En 1972 fue Jefe de Operaciones del Comando Conjunto Antártico. El 15 de diciembre de 1974 fue nombrado Agregado Aeronáutico a la Embajada Argentina en la República del Paraguay.
