Pequeño río que nace en Peñacerrada (Álava), formándose con los arroyos que bajan de las colinas de Loza y Sierra de Toloño. Pasa por Berganzo y Ocio abriéndose paso por el accidentado terreno. Desemboca en el Ebro a cuatro kilómetros del Zadorra.
