Comerciante en Buenos Aires, nacido en Jugo (Zuia, Álava) en 1767. Llegó a ser regidor de la ciudad en 1789, 1800 y 1806. Llevó su nombre, entre 1808 y 1812, la actual calle Corrientes de la capital argentina.
