Nació en Valladolid en el año de 1758 y murió en 1824.
Catedrático de Cánones en la Universidad de Valladolid y canónigo penitenciario. Fue Diputado a Cortes en 1820, 1821 y 1822. Fue autor de las Memorias de la santa iglesia de Valladolid.
