Diputado provincial navarro de 1901-1905. Liberal. Fue uno de los firmantes de la fórmula de reintegración del régimen foral de Navarra, dilatoria de la autonomía, propuesta en la asamblea reunida en el Palacio de la Diputación el 30 de diciembre de 1918.
