Industrial y político liberal fusionista guipuzcoano. Era diputado a Cortes por Bergara (1901), fue concejal del Ayuntamiento de Bilbao, pertenecía asimismo a la Casa de "Hijos de Romualdo Garcia" y a los Consejos de Administración de la "Minera de Cabárceno" y de la "Minera de Peñaflor".
