Pecha que se pagaba en Navarra en el siglo XII y que parece ser la pecha de torta y vino u opilarinzada. Galleta era una medida de vino. En el año 1 100 la pagaban los habitantes de Caparroso. Se llamaba también delgata. José Yanguas y Miranda.
