Diputado general de Gipuzkoa, adjunto de tanda en Tolosa, desde las Juntas de Zarautz de julio de 1819. Fue reelegido en las Juntas de Donostia-San Sebastián de julio de 1831 y en las de Segura de julio de 1841.
