Personalidad navarra, nacida en Tudela. Prestó extraordinarios servicios al municipio tudelano y a la ciudad en el siglo XIX. Profesaba ideas liberales-fueristas, por lo que firmó un manifiesto apoyando esta candidatura en 1869.
