Capuchino navarro, nacido en Ezperun, lugar antes llamado Donamaria. Era hijo de gente noble del lugar. Ingresó en la orden el 3-9-1635. En el año 1659 era ya vicario del convento de Pamplona. Fue conocido por su vida penitente y austera. Murió en Pamplona / Iruña el año 1699.
