Abogado, periodista y catedrático, y desempeñaba en 1952 el cargo de asesor letrado de la Caja de Jubilaciones de Periodistas en Sudamérica. Colaboró en las campañas de propaganda religiosa de la Acción Católica. Muere en el año 1952.
