Conde de Ledesma y justicia mayor en Castilla que juró fidelidad a Juan II de Castilla el 30-5-1429. Siguió a su rey en la guerra civil; participó en la toma de Laguardia (Navarra) hacia 1430. Con su hijo Diego, formó parte de los conjurados contra D. Alvaro de Luna.
