Torca vizcaína situada en el Ayuntamiento de Carranza a 20 m. al W. de la Torca del Espino IV junto a la chabola de Trueba. Su boca es de 2 m. y tiene una profundidad de 8 m, a los N. 43° 14' 10" y E. 0° 15' 45" del 1: 50.000. De ella informó el señor Trueba y la exploró el GEV el 12-8-1963.
