Fundada en 1958 por Ignacio Errandonea Goicoechea en colaboración de un grupo de empresarios guipuzcoanos que se integraron en Enseñanza Superior SA (E.S.S.A.), se integró en los Estudios Universitarios y Técnicos de Guipúzcoa en 1960.
