Calígrafo navarro nacido en Fitero el 12-III-1666. Después de haber practicado durante dos años la caligrafía al lado del maestro Rafael Bugallo, pasó examen para graduarse a su vez de maestro el 8-III-1698 en Madrid. Escribía perfectamente la letra ya algo viciada de la época.
