Abogado y regidor navarro, nacido en Pamplona / Iruña. Estudió leyes y estuvo de pasante con D. Antonio de Chavier. En 1686 se graduó de abogado. Ejerció el oficio de regidor y estuvo encargado de llevar al virrey D. Fernando de Moncada un memorial reclamando ciertos fueros militares, en 1710.
