Militar navarro, nacido en Tafalla en 1694. Murió en 1741.
Sirvió al rey Felipe V en el regimiento de caballería de la reina, llegando a ser capitán del mismo. Se casó con D.ª Antonia Belzunegui. Era marqués de Feria.
