Prelado, deán de Tudela desde 1694. En Nápoles era del Consejo de Santa Clara y del Supremo de Italia. Llegado a Madrid Carlos II le nombró presidente del Consejo de Hacienda. Ocupó otros importantes cargos. Falleció el 29 de enero de 1703.
