Título nobiliario español concedido el 23 de junio de 1613 a María Ana de Guevara y Orbea, hija de los IV Condes de Oñate. En 1986 pasa a ostentarlo Blanca de Villar-Villamil y Ezpeleta, condesa de Echauz y duquesa de Castro-Terreño.
