Sociedad deportiva para la práctica del esquí fundada en San Sebastián el 24 de abril de 1911 y que ha subsistido después de la guerra. Hacia 1954 era presidente don Carlos Urreizti. En ciclismo está filiado al Comité Regional, n.° 4 de la Unión Velocípeda Española.
