Personalidad vizcaina nacida en Leioa el 12 de mayo de 1939, residente en Berango. Licenciado en Química e industrial. Presidente de Eusko Alkartasuna de Berango, miembro del Consejo nacional del mismo partido y representante de suyo en las Juntas Generales de Bizkaia (2005).
