Emigrante guipuzcoano nacido hacia 1650 en Donostia-San Sebastián. Pasó a Chile donde ejerció de capitán de milicias. Casó en 1672, en primera instancia en Santiago, con Juana Gertrudis Díaz de Pimienta y en 1682 con Nicolasa de la Carrera Elguea.
