Club de fútbol vizcaíno perteneciente al municipio de Bakio. Se fundó en 1989, comenzando su andadura deportiva en categoría Segunda Regional. Al año siguiente ya contaba con otro en categoría Alevín. En la temporada 1994-95 logró el ascenso a preferente.
