Nace en Pitillas, Navarra. Protonotario apostólico de Su Santidad en 1895, murió en Zaragoza en 1968. Fue secretario de las más altas dignidades eclesiásticas del Perú. Entre otras condecoraciones poseía la de la Orden del Sol, del Perú.
