Basque historian, after completing her history degree at the University of Deusto and the University of the Basque Country she defended a PhD about associative life and the development of Basque culture during the Franco dictatorship at the European University Institute in Florence. Her research interests focus on historical memory, cinema history and the connections between social movements, culture and identity.
