Personalidad política. Bajo las siglas PCF (Parti Communiste Français) se presentó a las Elecciones Legislativas de 26 de abril y 3 de mayo de 1936 por la 1ª circunscripción de Bayonne. Candidato a Consejero por el cantón de Biarritz en las Elecciones Cantonales de 10 y 17 de octubre de 1937.
