Se halla próxima de Astarlo I y al E. de ella. Boca de 1 m. por 1 m. y una profundidad de 10 m. y medio con una ventana que da al exterior. Explorada por el Grupo Espeleológico Vizcaíno el 26 de mayo de 1964.
