Arretxe II. Pelotari navarro. Hijo del también pelotari Fernando Arretxe. El 11 de junio de 2005 y con 20 años recién cumplidos, debuta como profesional en el Labrit de Pamplona, acompañado de Otxandorena y siendo sus rivales los guipuzcoanos Unanue y Peñagarikano.
