Prosopografía de la emigración vasca. Personalidad navarra nacida en Pamplona en torno a 1690. Hacia 1720 llegó a Chile al servicio del Gobernador. Fue secretario del gobernador Cano de Aponte. Fue Tesorero de la Real Hacienda y Comisario General de Caballería.
