Escritor vasco. El 25 de septiembre de 1892 aparece en el periódico político de París Le Temps, un artículo suyo sobre "La question basque au Congrés pour l'avancement des Sciences a Pau". Y el 7 de septiembre de 1895 otro artículo en el mismo periódico sobre "Chez les Basques d'Espagne".
