Religioso y escritor, nacido en Belorado (Burgos) en 1561. Como religioso benedictino fue secretario general de la Orden, abad de varios conventos y en 1613 de Irache (Navarra). En 1607 escribió en Irache El arte de bien morir. Murió en 1617.
