Gobernador y Capitán General, nacido en Hueto de Arriba (Álava). Ocupa los cargos de Gobernador y Capitán General de las provincias del Dorado, isla de la Trinidad, y la Guatena, en América. Fallece en este último lugar en el año 1703.
