Conocido más comúnmente por Al-Tabli. Se dirigió al frente de una aceifa contra Muza de Tudela que se había sublevado contra el Emir Abderrahman. Arrepentido Muza se rinde y entrega como rehén a su hijo Ismail, que recibe Abbas Ibn al-Walid. Muza es confirmado en el gobierno de Tudela.
