Personalidad de ascendencia navarra, hijo de Manuel de Abaurre Arbeloa, nacido en la localidad leonesa de San Miguel de Laciana en 1699. Fue Alcalde Mayor, Corregidor y Administrador de Tabara. Mayordomo y Guarda Mayor del marqués de Tabara.
