River Purón. A small river, the most westerly in Alava's hydrography. It rises in the Lerón mountain range (1,239 m.) in Valderejo. It irrigates Lahoz, Lalastra, Villamardones and Ribera. It receives several streams, Polledo, Ampo and others. It enters Burgos via S. Zadornil.
