Musician born in Bilbao in 1952. From a young age he studied harmony, chamber music and orchestra and choir conducting. He studied counterpoint, fugue and composition with Francisco Escudero (maestro Escudero). Dedicated to music, he has worked as a musician, composer, conductor and choir director. He has also taught at various higher institutions. As choir director he has directed different choirs, such as the Eusker Choir (Bilbao Choir-Bilbao Choir Society), Gaztelumendi Choir, Antxieta White Voices Choir and others. Since the 1990s he has directed the Deustoarrak Choir (Deustoarrak Abesbatza).
